Tea Time Treats

This loaf cuts into ten generous slices. As I am going to make it to order for you it can be kept for a few days or frozen and kept for a month. This tea time favourite has a subtle zesty taste.

For a crunchy toffee taste you can't beat these Flap Jack Crunchies. Made simply with oats, sugar and butter, they add texture to your teatime.

Bread and Butter pudding, hot or cold, is a very traditional favourite. For a pudding, serve it hot with custard but I usually have it cold; sliced with a cup of tea. Either way this has four decent portions and deserves it's place here as a royal pudding with rustic roots!
