Wedding Cake
To read about how our gorgeous Wedding and Celebration Cakes are prepared and baked just click the back button. I first used the recipe 19 years ago when my Mum, sister and brother baked our three wedding cake tiers and have used it ever since with a few little improvements; for example, the fine cognac glaze is new. Prices start at £250 for three tiers that are iced simply and effectively, ready for perhaps a posy of your own flowers.

Wedding Cake
Wedding Vanilla Cake
For a lighter Wedding Cake this is the perfect alternative. A moist, vanilla sponge layered with butter cream and jam and presented in a traditional way with marzipan and icing.

Rich dark fruitcake with almonds decorated with fruit & nuts
I have used the same beautiful wedding cake recipe but you can choose how it is decorated. I have made this for many birthday celebrations over the years. the sumptuous Martell VS Fine Cognac Glaze glistens in the light making it a wonderful focal point of your celebration table.

This one is an 8" round cake but if you contact me I will give you a price for any shape or size. I can also change the fruit and nuts to your favourites.
