Dinner Party Puddings

A classic italian dish using the very best ingredients. Lavazza is my favourite coffee and I use it in this pudding for that gorgeous after dinner treat.

Bread and Butter pudding, hot or cold, is a very traditional favourite. For a pudding, serve it hot with custard but I usually have it cold; sliced with a cup of tea. Either way this has eight decent portions and deserves it's place here as a royal pudding with rustic roots!

A lovely fruity cake bursting with blueberries and raspberries with even more of them atop some gorgeous creme fraiche. Moist with a hint of vanilla.

9" in diameter there is enough here for 16 people.
