This loaf cuts into ten generous slices. As I am going to make it to order for you it can be kept for a few days or frozen and kept for a month. This tea time favourite has a subtle zesty taste.

Bread and Butter pudding, hot or cold, is a very traditional favourite. For a pudding, serve it hot with custard but I usually have it cold; sliced with a cup of tea. Either way this has four decent portions and deserves it's place here as a royal pudding with rustic roots!

This really is an exquisite treat. Made with all your favourite types of chocolate (I used Galaxy, Bournville and Milky Way) this moist cake has a crackly paper thin top layer. The moist cake then gives way to a soft, almost squidgy middle that has more than a hint of fudge. Gorgeous. Eight satisfying slices.
