However beautiful our Wedding and Celebration cakes look our first priority is the quality of the cake. Made to order for you using the finest ingredients we first soak the fruit in Harveys Bristol Cream sherry for three days. We mix the cake using locally sourced flour and organic eggs and then bake it slowly before glazing with our Martell VS Fine Cognac Glaze. All the cakes in the following section "Weddings and Celebrations" are baked in the way I have described here.
